Akkodis is seeking a Mutual Funds Representative for a 6 Months contract position with a client located in Milwaukee, WI 53202. Ability to Work Independently - must be able to stay focused, on tasks, and meet HOURLY production expectations in a WFH environment comes as a plus.
Pay Range: $30/hour - $31.10/hour. The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Title: Mutual Funds Specialist
FTE CONVERSION EXPECTED - OT OPTIONAL/AVAILABLE.
TRAINING INFO: 5 DAYS PER WEEK/FULLY ON-SITE DURING TRAINING (training period roughly 8 weeks).
Hours during training: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM or 5:00 PM (TWO 15 MINUTES BREAKS, 30 MIN LUNCH).
Milwaukee Lewis Center - 615 E Michigan St, Milwaukee, WI 53202.
POSITION WILL CONVERT TO HYBRID AFTER TRAINING (3 DAYS PER WEEK ON SITE).
MULTIPLE SHIFTS REQUIRED - Examples of shifts:
08:00 AM - 4:30 PM / 09:30 AM - 6:00 PM / 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM
Must have: CANDIDATES MUST HAVE BACKGROUNDS IN FINANCIAL SERVICES/BANKING.
Responsibilities
• Accept and process telephone transaction and maintenance requests from institutional level shareholders.
• Field shareholder inquiries regarding account setup, prior transactions, fund objectives, and performance.
• Provide prompt notification of trade activity to internal and external clients as required.
• Serve as a point of contact for internal and external clients.
• Field inquiries and transaction requests from retail level shareholders as required.
• Participate in a culture of continuous improvement, risk-based thinking, and employee engagement.
