Responsibilities include managing inventory, merchandising band and orchestra instruments, accessories, and rentals, coordinating with lesson programs and school service reps, analyzing sales reports, and executing local marketing and outreach. You will model service-driven, student-centered selling while fostering an inclusive, collaborative, performance-oriented culture.
