Music Industry Controller: Finance, Royalties & GAAP

Bethel Music seeks a Controller to oversee daily accounting operations, including GL, AP/AR, payroll, and reconciliations, while delivering accurate financial reporting and analysis to support decision-making. This hands-on role manages royalty and licensing revenue and partners with the CFO and department leaders to ensure compliance and stewardship.

You will oversee close processes, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, and help implement stronger controls and processes.
