Musculoskeletal Radiologist

Imagen is seeking a Musculoskeletal Radiologist to lead and elevate MSK imaging within a premier outpatient network in the Puget Sound region. This high-impact role involves influencing imaging quality, clinical workflows, and program development while collaborating directly with orthopedic and sports medicine specialists. The position offers a predictable Monday-Friday schedule with no call, supporting both professional impact and personal balance.

Practice Info

• Lead and shape an MSK program within an established and innovative care model
• Practice within an outpatient network in the Puget Sound region
• Utilize AI-enabled workflows and advanced imaging technology
• Work side-by-side with orthopedic surgeons, physiatrists, and sports medicine physicians in a highly integrated MSK program
• Join a respected, long-standing healthcare system with strong referral patterns and consistent case volume

Responsibilities

• Interpret MSK MRI, CT, ultrasound, and X-ray
• Perform image-guided joint injections and procedures
• Collaborate directly with referring providers to support clinical decision-making
• Influence imaging protocols, workflows, and quality initiatives
• Contribute to program development and multidisciplinary care

Compensation

• Up to $800,000 Compensation with Productivity Bonus
• Up to $100,000 Sign-On and Retention Bonuses
• CME and Relocation Allowance

Requirements

• ABR-certified (or equivalent)
• Fellowship training in Musculoskeletal Imaging preferred
• A desire to lead, collaborate, and improve systems
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Eligibility for medical licensure in Washington
