Synergy Radiology Associates, a physician-led practice, is seeking a dedicated MSK Radiologist to join their collegial team in Houston, TX. This full-time position offers a partnership track and a hybrid schedule, focusing on delivering exceptional patient care across diverse cases and modalities. Practice Info

• Physician-led practice
• Large sub-specialized radiology practice with 90+ radiologists
• Provides services at multiple hospitals, outpatient centers, and ER facilities throughout Texas and other states
• Utilizes a state-of-the-art dictation platform enhanced by natural language processing and AI
• 24/7 internal secretarial and operations support

Responsibilities

• Delivering exceptional patient care across a diverse range of cases and modalities
• Active participation in monthly multispecialty tumor boards

Compensation

• $100,000 Commencement Bonus
• Competitive salary
• Average radiologist compensation at $750,000 with potential of earnings in the 1M+
• Internal moonlighting opportunities available to increase your earning potential on your terms
• The salary range for this position is $425,000-$1,000,000+
• Eligible for an annual discretionary bonus

Shift & Schedule

• Day/1st Shift
• Full-time (30+ hrs/week)

Requirements

• Board-certified/eligible American Board of Radiology or the American Osteopathic Board of Radiology
• Completed fellowship in MSK
• Texas licensure preferred or ability to obtain a TX license
