Musculoskeletal Radiologist

RP Sol is seeking a full-time, fellowship-trained Musculoskeletal (MSK) Radiologist to join their multi-specialty practice in Tucson, AZ. This is a 100% remote, partnership-track position, offering the opportunity to grow in both clinical and non-clinical roles. The role involves a mix of MSK and diagnostic radiology, supported by AI tools and 24/7 IT and administrative assistance.

• Supports a multi-specialty practice in Tucson, AZ
• 100% remote position
• Provides subspecialty radiology coverage and support in partnership with Northwest Healthcare, an integrated healthcare network in Tucson, AZ
• Northwest Healthcare system includes 4 hospitals, 3 of which are designated primary stroke centers
• The largest hospital, Northwest Medical Center (NMC), is a full-service 287 bed hospital with a state-of-the-art women's imaging center (including 3D mammography), outpatient imaging, three ambulatory surgery centers, and five urgent care facilities

Responsibilities

• Support a multi-specialty practice
• Perform MSK radiology (60%) and Diagnostic radiology (40%)
• Grow in both clinical and non-clinical roles within the practice

Compensation

• The salary range for this position is $500,000-$550,000
• Eligible for an annual discretionary bonus
• 1-year partnership track offered

Shift & Schedule

• Full-time (30+ hrs/week)
• Mon-Fri, 8:00am-5:00pm (AZ Time)
• Some weekend call may be required

Requirements

• Licensed or have the ability to be licensed in Arizona
• Fellowship trained in Musculoskeletal Radiology
• Board eligible or certified by the American Board of Radiology or the American Osteopathic Board of Radiology
• Subspecialty interests in Neuro or Nuclear Medicine preferred
