AdventHealth Medical Group is seeking Fellowship Trained Musculoskeletal Radiologists to join their growing physician-led practice in Central Florida. This role offers the opportunity to work with the largest radiology practice in Central Florida, providing approximately 3 million exams annually. Candidates can work remotely from most US locations or on-site, contributing to a collaborative environment with advanced technology.
Practice Info
- Largest radiology practice in Central Florida with 200+ radiologists.
- Provides approximately 3 million exams through a large referral base.
- Exclusive imaging provider for 17 AdventHealth hospitals, 10 freestanding EDs, and 21 outpatient imaging centers throughout Central Florida.
- Utilizes 1 PACS system (Agfa PACS and Powerscribe systems).
- Supported by Radiology AI tools: Rad AI, Aidoc, and Worklist Orchestrator (coming soon).
- 24-hour support from an experienced team of dedicated Radiology Practice Coordinators.
Responsibilities
- Read musculoskeletal CT, X-Ray, MRI, US, and Dexa Exams.
- Perform musculoskeletal procedures including arthrograms, diagnostic and therapeutic ultrasounds.
Compensation
- Extremely competitive compensation of $600,000 to $1,000,000++ with uncapped earning potential.
- Includes extremely competitive production, quality, and sign-on bonuses.

Shift & Schedule
- Reading musculoskeletal CT, X-Ray, MRI, US, and Dexa Exams.
- RVU expectation 51/shift.
- Weekend: Work 10-hour shifts (3 or 4 day weekend options).
- Evening: 7 on 7 off 3-11pm option.
Requirements
- Fellowship Trained Musculoskeletal Radiologist.
- BE or BC with the American Board of Radiology (ABR).
- Eligible for Florida Medical License.
- Ability to work remotely from anywhere in the US (except California) or on-site in Central Florida (preferable).
