Medical Imaging Associates (MIA) in Idaho Falls, ID, is seeking a full-time, fellowship-trained Musculoskeletal Radiologist to join their established, physician-led practice. Responsibilities
- Interpret a broad spectrum of musculoskeletal imaging
- Perform image-guided MSK procedures
- Participate in general diagnostic coverage
- Perform MSK-focused diagnostic imaging across multiple modalities, including MRI, CT, ultrasound, and radiography
- Collaborate with on-site and regional subspecialists
- Participate in a shared coverage model supported by a robust regional PACS
Compensation
- Competitive base salary plus productivity-based bonus (radiology-specific workload model similar to RVUs)

Requirements
- Fellowship training in Musculoskeletal Radiology
- Board certified or board eligible by the American Board of Radiology (ABR) or American Osteopathic Board of Radiology (AOBR)
- Comfortable with general diagnostic radiology
- Licensed or ability to obtain licensure in Idaho (additional state licensure supported as needed)
- MQSA certification preferred but not required
