Job Description: Staff Physical Therapist or Occupational Therapist
Job Title : Staff Therapist (Physical Therapist or Occupational Therapist)
Reports To : Clinic Director
FLSA Classification : Exempt full-time, Non-Exempt part-time
Staff Therapist Role Overview
Education & Experience
- Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy Program (or Occupational Therapy equivalent)
- Current state Physical Therapist or PTA license
- 0+ years of clinical experience as a provider; significant interest and passion around healthcare in pelvic health
- Current BLS Certification
- English-speaking preferred
- Proven financial planning and management skills
- Knowledge of legal, medical, and accreditation compliance
- Strong organizational and delegation skills
- Compassionate, excellent at clinical duties, and patient care
- Able to lift 50 lbs, assist patients, and meet published physical demand norms
- Outpatient women's/men's/pediatric's pelvic health clinic
- Uses clinic therapy equipment and standard office technology
Potential exposure to hazardous substances and bloodborne pathogens
Job Duties
Department Expectations
- Greater than 86% schedule efficiency
- Scorecard metrics for WOM referrals and Google reviews greater than 5 per month each (for 1.0 FTE status)
- Graduation rate greater than 60%
- 1 Marketing Event/Workshop per quarter
- 2 Blog posts per year

- Make sure proper rehab techniques are being utilized.
- Strive to exceed our patients' expectations with each interaction.
- Create and evaluate the effectiveness of departmental programs.
- Maintain excellent standards of physical therapy.
- Track and monitor KPIs weekly, monthly, and quarterly.
- Achieve >86% clinic efficiency and other departmental benchmarks.
- Submit agendas, scorecards, and patient reporting consistently.
Communication and Planning
- Make sure to submit the following each week:
- Weekly Agenda
- Active Patient Reporting
- ScoreCards
- Attend & participate in the following:
- All Hands and Mentorship Meetings
- Quarterly Planning Meeting
- Annual Planning Meeting
- Build/retain professional physician/birthworker relationships with Practice 25 referral
- Coordinate with the Office Manager to make sure Active Patient Reporting and Wellness Checks are being performed.
- Engage physicians in external primary relationship-building interactions, including Reverse Referrals, Surgical Observations, In-clinic Shadowing, Return Patient Visits, and Empower University Events.
- Will participate with internal practice building opportunities,including social media posts, Google reviews, Net Promoter Scores, short clinic videos, and reactivation campaigns on previously discharged patients.
- Ensure full compliance with state/federal regulations, medical standards, and accreditation.
Daily
- Perform Daily Patient Care and documentation
- Push issues to the Agenda or alert the director/owner 911s as they come.
- Mark down different items that come up so that you can discuss how to handle them for the future
- Complete Daily Tasks

Salary Description
$80,000-$90,000
