Municipal Project ManagerA Municipal Project Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the planning, execution, and completion of various municipal infrastructure projects, including roads, water systems, parks, and buildings, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to established quality standards, while collaborating with internal stakeholders and the public to address community needs.Position Type: Full TimeOffice: Warrington or Malvern, PASalary Range: $90,000 to $130,000 annual (w/ potential for performance-based bonuses).Position Description:Municipal client representation as Township or Borough Engineer, serving as a primary or supporting municipal consultantAttend and participate in municipal meetings to represent clientsManage and review subdivision and land development plans for conformance with municipal ordinancesOversee stormwater management design, detention basin rehabilitation, and infrastructure improvementsAssist with state and local permitting processesPrepare technical reports, feasibility studies, and engineering assessmentsProvide construction support services, including contract administration, project coordination, permitting, and budget managementDevelop and maintain client relationships, ensuring high-quality municipal servicesPerform business development to help facilitate growth in municipal and utility engineering, including securing new municipal clients and expanding services to existing onesQualificationsRequirements:B.S. in Civil Engineering or equivalent10+ years of experience preferredRegistration as a Professional Engineer (PE) in PA is requiredExperience with:Municipal Engineering and municipal client representation as Township or Borough EngineerSubdivision and land development plan review, zoning, grading, and stormwater managementMS-4 Programs (including PRPs) on behalf of municipal clientsPublic Works design and infrastructure rehabilitation projectsConstruction administration, budgeting, and escrow account managementSome AutoCAD Civil 3D experience preferredBusiness development experience and/or existing municipal client relationships strongly preferredStrong written and oral communication skillsIf you're looking for a dynamic role with growth potential and the chance to make a difference in community infrastructure, apply today!
