Responsibilities: Project management duties (project planning, scoping, budgeting, and QA/QC) Prepare details, specifications, and bidding documents Assume client relations duties such as attending council meetings with clients Design municipal infrastructure projects Mentor junior staff Prepare technical reports and regulatory permits
