Municipal AssociateDirect Counsel is seeking a Municipal Associate to join a sophisticated and growing public law practice in Northern California. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with 2–5 years of experience who is interested in advising cities, counties, special districts, and other public agencies on a broad range of municipal law matters.The ideal candidate will have experience handling public agency or municipal law matters and possess strong writing, research, analytical, and drafting skills.
