Northwell Health is expanding its premier physician practice in West Palm Beach, Florida, and is seeking physicians to join its concierge practice. This is an opportunity to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a newly expanded facility. Physicians will focus on personalized care without insurance limitations, joining an innovative team with opportunities for professional development and leadership.

• Concierge practice model
• Prime location in West Palm Beach
• Newly constructed 8,500 square foot facility, with 3,500 square feet dedicated to primary care and 5,000 square feet to specialist practices
• Primary care practice offers next day appointments, extended visits, 24/7 physician access, virtual care, and dedicated patient navigation
• Focus on providing personalized, high-quality care without the constraints of insurance limitations

Compensation

• Full-time clinical base compensation ranges from $125,000 to $750,000
• Sign-On Bonus

Requirements

• Board certification in one of the following specialties: Behavioral Health, General Neurology, General Gynecology, Pulmonary/Sleep Medicine
• Possession or ability to obtain a medical license in the state of Florida
• A strong commitment to patient-centered care
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• The desire to be part of an innovative, patient-focused practice
