Multisite HR Generalist: Union Relations & Talent Partner

Smurfit Westrock in Chesterfield, MO is seeking a Multisite HR Generalist to oversee labor relations, policies, recruitment and talent management for the mill’s client group. This role acts as the business liaison for managing union relationships and driving HR initiatives to improve HR and mill metrics.

You will support day-to-day HR functions, coordinate recruitment for hourly roles, guide attendance and performance processes, and partner with front-line supervisors on employee relations.
