We are currently hiring compassionate and reliable Behavior Technicians (BTs) to provide one-on-one, in-home ABA therapy for clients throughout Middlesex County, NJ . We have multiple part-time openings with a variety of schedules available.

- Monday - Friday: 3:00 PM - 5:00 PM
- Saturday: 10:00 AM - 12:30 PM
- Monday, Tuesday & Thursday: 4:15 PM - 7:00 PM
- Wednesday: 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM
- Saturday: 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM
- Experience required
- Dog in the home
- Friday: 4:00 PM - 6:30 PM
- Saturday: 9:00 AM - 12:30 PM
- Monday & Wednesday: 3:00 PM - 7:00 PM
- Tuesday, Thursday & Friday: 4:30 PM - 8:00 PM
- Sunday: 11:00 AM - 3:00 PM
- Monday - Friday: 11:00 AM - 2:00 PM
- Saturday: 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA.
- Implement individualized treatment plans.
- Collect and document session data.
- Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skill development.
- Collaborate with families and the clinical team to help clients reach their goals.
- Experience working with children preferred (required for the Edison case).
- RBT certification is a plus but not required.
- Reliable transportation is required.
- Strong communication skills, patience, and a positive attitude.
