Multimodality Technologist

Radiology Technologist who is trained, qualified and competent in at least two of the following disciplines: General Diagnostic Radiology, CT, MRI, Mammography, Interventional Radiology, Ultrasound, Nuclear Medicine/PET. The technologist is expected to work in any area for which they are qualified based on the operational needs of the department.

Hours

11:30am-8:00pm.

Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Certificate of Completion/Degree from an accredited Radiography or MRI program.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite.

Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Preferred

• One year of MRI experience.

Licenses and Certifications Required

• NJ state license for Diagnostic Radiology (D.R.).
• Registration with the ARRT in one or more of the following modalities: MRI (or ARMRIT), CT, Xray, IR, or Mammography.
• NJ state license and Certification in Nuclear Medicine only if secondary modality is in Nuclear Medicine.
• AHA Basic Health Care Life Support HCP Certification.
