We are looking for an ambitious, multi-talented Senior Graphic Designer to bridge our enthusiast consumer culture (B2C) and high-level enterprise technology solutions (B2B).

Role Overview

As a Senior Graphic Designer at Cooler Master North America, you will own visual storytelling across high-impact product launches, major global trade shows, retail packaging, and enterprise tech initiatives.

You will balance two distinct creative dynamics:

  • B2C Consumer Products: Energizing PC enthusiasts, gamers, and content creators through bold product launch visuals, retail packaging, high-converting digital campaigns, and community activations.
  • B2B & Enterprise Solutions: Crafting sleek, credible, and technical visual assets for enterprise OEM partners, commercial thermal solutions, systems integrators, and AI hardware platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign & Digital Marketing (B2C)

  • Product Launches & Campaigns: Lead visual direction and asset creation for flagship hardware launches (cases, thermal/cooling solutions, power supplies and pre-built systems) across web landing pages, social channels, and e-tail channels (Amazon, Newegg, Best Buy).
  • Performance & Social Creative: Design high-impact static and motion assets optimized for Meta, TikTok, YouTube Community, X, and targeted display ads.
  • Packaging & Retail Execution: Collaborate on retail box artwork, unboxing layouts, in-store displays, and quick-start visual guides adhering to global packaging brand guidelines.

Enterprise & B2B Solutions

  • Technical & Commercial Collateral: Translate complex thermal engineering and computing technologies into clean, authoritative B2B collateral—including product whitepapers, OEM one-sheets, architectural system overviews, and executive pitch decks.
  • Data Visualization & Infographics: Design technical diagrams and exploded-view product graphics that clearly articulate airflow dynamics, cooling capacity, and component integration for commercial buyers.

Environmental, Events & Brand Governance

  • Trade Shows & Activations: Design environmental graphics, large-format booth wraps, product pedestals, and experiential signage for major industry events (e.g., CES, Computex, regional esports events, and consumer expos).
  • Brand Evolution: Champion and evolve Cooler Master’s visual identity systems, ensuring consistency across digital and print touchpoints while maintaining modular asset libraries and Figma templates for cross‑functional teams.
  • Creative Collaboration: Work closely with industrial designers, 3D artists, copywriters, product marketing managers, and regional agency partners from brief to final delivery.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Consumer brand/tech campaigns showcasing strong typography, art direction, and digital ad performance context.
  • Print production samples (packaging dielines, retail merchandising, or trade show environments).
  • Data visualization, layout hierarchy, and corporate/editorial design.
  • Experience: 5+ years of graphic design experience in-house or with an agency, preferably within consumer technology, PC hardware, consumer electronics, or gaming lifestyle brands.
  • Core Technical Proficiency:
  • Mastery: Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • UI & Systems: Figma for campaign asset handoff, template management, and digital guidelines.
  • Motion Graphics: Solid foundational skills in After Effects or Premiere Pro for animated social bumpers, kinetic typography, and digital display loops.
  • Presentation Design: Proven ability to build sleek, visual presentation decks in PowerPoint, Google Slides, or Keynote.
  • Print & Production Expertise: Deep knowledge of packaging standards, dielines, pre‑press workflows, color management (CMYK, PMS spot colors), finishes (foil, spot UV, embossing), and large‑format print requirements.
  • Tech & Hardware Fluency: A natural understanding of—or strong curiosity about—PC hardware, gaming culture, desktop setups, and tech enthusiast trends.
  • Communication & Execution: Strong visual pitch capability, exceptional eye for typography and composition, and comfort managing multiple concurrent launch timelines.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with 3D product renders (compositing render passes, lighting adjustments in Photoshop, or working directly with KeyShot, Blender, or Cinema 4D).
  • Familiarity with AI‑assisted creative workflows (Midjourney, Firefly) for rapid moodboarding and concept exploration.
