Replenishment Center Operation SupervisorThis position is within the Replenishment Center Operation's (RCO) team supporting AMMM, F-22, F-35, F-16, ADP and sustainment programs with the following responsibilities:Supervises represented personnel, supporting a two-shift operationOversees and monitors key performance indicators related to Inventory and Production Control shop floor activities for parts movement and requirement planningMonitors material requirements to mitigate negative impacts on productionOversees inventory control and complianceOversees all receiving activity and complianceOversees all kitting activity and complianceSupports warehouse quality control and complianceControls the flow of materials through the RCO processes to the shop floor or to support external needsMonitors schedule execution to program planEnsures material requirements are satisfied to mitigate parts constraints and other negative impacts to productionProficient in AI prompting as it applies to this position and practiceManages multiple manufacturing planning, material management and support activities within various manufacturing job functions responsible for Manufacturing Resource Planning (MRP) transactionsOver sees production systems integrity and drives inventory optimization to minimize costResponsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actionsWhat's In It For You:3 day weekends every weekend!
