Supporting the Ancillary Technology team, the full-time Multifamily Product Specialist will manage technology solutions to drive adoption, provide internal consultancy, and coordinate with vendors and leadership to enhance operational efficiency in a fully remote setting. Key responsibilities Drive utilization of ancillary technology products by monitoring engagement data and collaborating with Operations leadership on adoption plans Act as a subject matter expert, resolving user inquiries and coordinating with vendor support for product-related issues Support the evaluation and rollout of AI-driven tools, ensuring optimal performance and user experience through targeted training and feedback collection Required qualifications 2-3 years of experience with property technology platforms such as Yardi RentCafe or RealPage Suite Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis tools and pivot tables Experience in delivering training and user support to distributed teams Ability to manage multiple technology platforms and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of translating technical concepts for non-technical audiences
