Executing client data conversions, the full-time Multifamily Conversion Analyst will analyze and standardize multifamily property data for import into company databases, utilizing advanced Excel skills and property management platforms while working remotely. Key responsibilities: Analyze, standardize, and cleanse data extracts from property management platforms for conversion Execute data mapping, transformation, and validation steps according to established methodologies Manage multiple conversion projects and communicate status updates to internal stakeholders Required qualifications: 2+ years of experience in multifamily data conversion or property management operations Working knowledge of multifamily property management platforms such as Yardi, RealPage, Entrata, or MRI Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas and pivot tables Familiarity with data mapping, transformation, and validation concepts Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet time-sensitive deliverables
