Multifamily Construction Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager with a strong background in multifamily construction to oversee projects from preconstruction through completion.
Responsibilities
- Manage multifamily construction projects, including budgets, schedules, and overall delivery.
- Lead project teams, subcontractors, vendors, and consultants.
- Oversee contracts, procurement, cost control, and project financials.
- Monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure projects remain on schedule.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and building code requirements.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.
Requirements
- 5–7+ years of construction project management experience.
- Multifamily construction experience required.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Procore, Sage, and/or Microsoft Project preferred.
- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification preferred.
