Multi-Unit Supervisor

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications

Full-Time Position (35-40 Hours Per Week)

Valid Driver's License, Reliable Personal Transportation, and Ability to Travel Between Our Canal Street, 87th Street, Hillside, and Olympia Fields Locations Required

Performance-Based Bonus Opportunities Available After 90 Working Days

As a Traveling Supervisor, you'll support multiple Lawrence's locations and help ensure our teams, guests, and operations are successful wherever support is needed most.

Success in this role requires flexibility, reliability, and the willingness to go where support is needed most.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervisory support at locations throughout the company as business needs require
• Assist stores experiencing staffing shortages, employee absences, vacations, or increased business demands
• Lead by example through professionalism, positivity, and strong customer service
• Support the training and development of team members
• Help create an environment focused on teamwork, accountability, and guest satisfaction
• Maintain company standards for cleanliness, food quality, food safety, and guest experience
• Ensure policies, procedures, and operational standards are consistently followed
• Complete basic administrative, communication, and computer-based tasks
• Work collaboratively with store management teams to support daily operations
