Multi-Unit Retail Leader Trainee

7-Eleven, Inc. is seeking an Area Leader Trainee to oversee 12–14 store locations in Warwick, RI. The program spans approximately 12 months of in-depth training, with strong potential for advancement into a district leadership role.

You will train store leaders, implement merchandising programs, manage cash and inventory, and drive profitability while delivering exceptional customer service. A four-year degree or equivalent management experience is required.
