Multi-Unit Operations Leader: Scale & Profit

Mozz Sourdough Pizza seeks a Director of Operations to oversee performance across all MOZZ locations. You will partner with location managers and senior leadership to set standards, drive profitability, and deliver a consistent brand and guest experience.

Responsibilities include leading operations, enforcing policies, managing P&L, budgets, and vendor relations, and coordinating with senior leadership on openings and expansions. Occasional travel required.
