Multi-Unit Manager / Senior General Manager: 16 Handles Frozen Yogurt

Compensation: $60,000 - $80,000 / year + benefits

We are currently looking for an energetic, experienced, and customer-focused management professional to join our team. Our ideal candidate will have management experience in a fast-food restaurant, coffee house, or dessert shop. The Area Manager / Senior General Manager will work very closely with the owners to oversee the Cobble Hill store, as well as perform functions across several stores.

Responsibilities Include:

• Oversee the daily operations of a highly successful, fast-paced, quick service restaurant
• Deliver legendary guest service to all guests by acting with a “guest comes first” attitude
• Manage staff and delegate responsibilities as needed
• Assist with hiring and manage team schedules
• Train and develop new and existing team members
• Support corporate directives and partnerships and disseminate information to team members
• Maintain the highest level of cleanliness and food safety and quality standards
• Handle purchasing and inventory management
• Complete daily cash reconciliations, safe counts, and bank deposits
• Maintain a positive atmosphere and lead by example
• Use financial metrics to optimize store performance

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 4 years of supervisory experience in a food / hospitality business
• Associate degree or bachelor's degree
• Outgoing, high energy, and friendly personality
• Ability to manage a fast-paced, high volume, and customer-focused workplace
• Experience in leading a team of employees
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and organize
• Creative thinker who can create and seize new business opportunities
• Excellent communication skills to connect effectively with customers and team members
• Positive attitude and ethics which support our values and culture
• Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service
• Knowledge of purchasing and inventory management
• Food safe certified/food handler’s license
