H&H Management Group, LLC Job PostH&H Management Group, LLC is looking for someone responsible for leading overall operations for 6 stores (going on 7 and more), including recruiting, onboarding, training, management development, following all food safety/health requirements and ensuring great guest experience.Responsibilities Include:Team Environment:Hire, train and develop store managersCommunicate job expectations to store managersPlan, monitor, appraise and review their managers job performanceProvide coaching and feedback; disciplines when appropriateOperational Excellence:Lead and develop operational strategy for multiple storesCreate and maintain a guest first culture in the restaurantEnsure all shifts are appropriately staffed to achieve guest service goalsMaintain safe, secure, and healthy environment by following and enforcing safety, food safety, and sanitation guidelines; comply with all applicable lawsEnsure brand standards and systems are executedPrepare and complete action plans; implement production, productivity, quality and guest service standardsComplete audits and implement plans to drive system improvementsProfitability:Control costs to help maximize profitabilityEnsure all in-restaurant marketing promotions in a timely mannerEnsure all new product roll-outs including team training, marketing and samplingSet sales goals and track resultsCompensation:Competitive salary ($65,000 - $85,000) + bonus, paid time off, health insurance benefits, 401k matching.Skills/Qualifications:Experience managing multiple restaurants with proven success, fluent in English, knowledge of financial management, restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience, at least 18 years of age, high school diploma, or equivalent, must have anytime availability and work all shifts.
