Multi-Unit General ManagerAn exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing, early-stage fast-casual restaurant group specializing in Indian cuisine, as it prepares for significant expansion across Texas.We are seeking an experienced Operations Specialist / Multi-Unit Lead who is ready to take the next step in their career, combining hands-on operational leadership with new store openings and strategic growth.This is not a traditional General Manager role. It is an opportunity for a strong GM or emerging multi-unit leader to develop into a future Director or VP of Operations.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee operations across 4 restaurants in the DC, Maryland, and Virginia markets.Support the successful opening and launch of new locations in Houston, Dallas, and AustinLead recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and training across existing and new locationsProvide construction oversight and support new restaurant developmentManage POS systems, technology implementation, and operational processesAssist with budgeting, financial performance, and cost controlThe Ideal CandidateProven General Manager experience within a fast-casual restaurant environment.Strong operational background with the ambition to progress into multi-unit leadershipExperience in restaurant openings, hiring, training, and operational developmentStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsTech-savvy, with experience using Google Suite, Excel, and restaurant technology systemsExperience with Restaurant365 or similar platforms is advantageousBachelor's degree preferred.A hands-on, adaptable, and commercially minded leader who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment
