What You’ll Do

- Recruit, develop, and mentor general managers and kitchen leadership

- Analyze P&Ls, control labor costs, and drive financial performance
- Build community presence and support local marketing efforts
What We’re Looking For
- Seven-plus years managing full-service restaurant operations
- Proven success overseeing multiple units or large single locations
- Strong people leadership and coaching capabilities
- Solid grasp of P&L, food costs, and restaurant economics
- Excellent judgment, communication, and problem-solving skills
