Music & Arts is seeking an Area Manager to lead 2–5 Guitar Center retail stores within a defined district. This leadership role is fully focused on management—building teams of sales associates and educators, driving sales, rentals, and lessons, and ensuring operational standards are met across the cluster.
Reporting to the District Manager, the Area Manager has multi-unit P&L responsibility for sales, margin, and EBITDA, and will recruit, coach and manage performance while traveling 50–70%
