Offering a flexible remote opportunity, the contract-based Multi-State Telehealth Physician will deliver high-quality virtual care to a diverse patient population across the United States, focusing on urgent care, primary care, and chronic disease management. Key responsibilities Conduct virtual patient encounters via video, performing clinical assessments and developing individualized treatment plans Prescribe medications and order diagnostic workups within telehealth scope while maintaining accurate clinical documentation Collaborate with care coordination and operations teams for patient escalations and referrals as necessary Required qualifications Active, unrestricted medical licenses in at least 5 US states; must reside in an IMLC state and hold an active IMLC letter Board Certified in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Emergency Medicine Minimum of 2 years of post-graduate clinical experience Currently a Medicare Participating Physician Willingness to obtain additional state medical licenses as needed, with costs covered by the company
