To support a growing digital healthcare practice, the full-time Multi-State Nurse Practitioner will deliver comprehensive clinical care through asynchronous and synchronous consultations, educate patients on treatment options, and oversee follow-ups, all while working remotely. Key responsibilities Deliver comprehensive clinical care through text-based and video-based consultations Empower patients with knowledge by educating them on suitable treatments and personalized care plans Oversee patient follow-ups for ongoing care programs, ensuring continuity and effectiveness of treatment Required qualifications Master's or Doctoral degree from an accredited nursing program with a specialization in Family Practice or similar Current, unencumbered FNP license in multiple states Board certification in Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) through the ANCC 2+ years of experience as an NP, with demonstrated experience in telehealth Primary care experience with the ability to diagnose and treat both acute and chronic care conditions
