Coordinating the Remote Patient Monitoring Program, the part-time hourly Multi-State Licensed Telehealth Nurse will oversee patient selection, setup, and training for telehealth monitoring while evaluating outcomes and providing direct care as needed in a remote setting. Key responsibilities Oversee patient selection, setup, and training for telehealth monitoring systems Plan, direct, deliver, and evaluate telehealth-related outcomes Alert clinical staff to patient condition changes for proactive interventions Required qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) license with multi-state eligibility Minimum of three years of RN experience in an adult acute care setting Strong critical thinking skills and ability to form positive patient relationships Experience in innovative care models preferred Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is preferred
