Seeking a compassionate and self-motivated Multi-State Licensed Registered Nurse, the full-time position will provide telephonic clinical assessments, health education, and utilization management services remotely while engaging with a diverse patient population. Key responsibilities Conduct nursing assessments and triage using telecommunications in accordance with established protocols and guidelines Identify patient care needs and provide appropriate health education and referrals based on clinical assessments Ensure compliance with quality management guidelines and performance metrics while maintaining regular attendance and timely completion of duties Required qualifications Current, unrestricted RN licensure in a compact state and ability to maintain a multi-state license Minimum of an associate degree in nursing; BSN preferred At least 3 years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in ER, adult and pediatric care, or acute settings Experience with telephone triage and understanding of health benefit plans is advantageous Ability to effectively use multiple computer programs simultaneously and manage time efficiently
