Providing telephonic clinical assessments and health education, the full-time Multi-State Licensed Registered Nurse will engage with patients remotely, utilizing critical thinking and clinical skills to deliver quality care while adhering to established protocols. Key responsibilities Conduct nursing assessments and triage using telecommunications in accordance with established algorithms and guidelines Identify patient care needs and provide appropriate health care referrals and education Ensure compliance with quality management guidelines and maintain performance metrics Required qualifications Current, unrestricted RN licensure in a compact state and good standing home state RN license Minimum of an associate degree in nursing; BSN preferred At least 3 years of clinical experience as a Registered Nurse, preferably in acute care settings Ability to work evenings and at least two weekend shifts every two weeks Experience with telephone triage and bilingual skills are a plus
