Working remotely on a full-time basis, a Multi-State Licensed Oncology Nurse will perform pre-service clinical coverage reviews for outpatient services, ensuring compliance with medical guidelines and benefit determinations while managing cases across various insurance plans. Key responsibilities Determine appropriate team assignments for case reviews based on insurance type Review and interpret clinical records to validate medical necessity and identify missing information Make determinations regarding service approvals or denials following established protocols Required qualifications Current, unrestricted RN license in the state of residence Ability to obtain licensure in multiple states as required 2+ years of experience in Radiation Oncology as a Nurse Proficiency in computer skills, including data entry and navigating a Windows environment Access to high-speed internet and a dedicated workspace for remote work
