To support perinatal behavioral health care, the part-time Multi-State Licensed Obstetric Nurse will conduct initial patient assessments, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and develop individualized care plans while working weekends from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. ET. Key responsibilities Conduct initial patient risk assessments and triage based on urgency and severity of mental health conditions Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to coordinate care Develop and implement individualized care plans tailored to patients' unique needs Required qualifications Registered Nurse with an unrestricted multi-state compact license and residence in a nursing compact state 4+ years of experience in a hospital and/or healthcare practice serving maternal-child health populations Experience or advanced training in psychiatric nursing or perinatal mental health Experience working with pregnant and postpartum individuals and their families Commitment to patient-centered care and a holistic approach to mental health
