Multi-State Licensed Nephrologist

To support a growing virtual specialty care team, a part-time Multi-State Licensed Nephrologist will provide high-quality nephrology consultations, evaluations, diagnoses, and treatment plans through a fully remote telehealth platform. Key responsibilities Provide virtual Nephrology consultations, evaluations, diagnoses, and treatment plans via telehealth Evaluate, diagnose, and manage chronic kidney diseases while conducting follow-up visits for established patients Collaborate with other specialists to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care and maintain compliance with clinical protocols Required qualifications MD or DO from an accredited medical school Completed fellowship training in Nephrology Board Certified or Board Eligible in Nephrology Active, unrestricted medical licenses (multi-state licensure preferred) Comfortable providing care in a telehealth environment
