To support a nationwide team of providers, the full-time Multi-State Licensed Licensing Specialist will manage the licensing process for nurse practitioners across all 50 states, ensuring compliance and timely renewals while working remotely. Key responsibilities Assist in obtaining new state nursing licenses and prioritize applications based on business needs Coordinate the collection and submission of required documentation for NP license applications Maintain accurate records of licensing activity and provide regular status updates to leadership Required qualifications 2+ years of experience in healthcare licensing, credentialing, or compliance Experience with multi-state nursing/provider licensure or the Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) preferred Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills Demonstrated proactive behavior and a goal-oriented mindset
