Providing critical multi-state coverage, the full-time Multi-State Licensed Float Therapist will deliver evidence-based therapy for eating disorders via telehealth, ensuring continuity of care during clinician absences and peak periods while working remotely. Key responsibilities Provide individual, family, and group therapy for eating disorders and related diagnoses, adapting care plans as needed Maintain clinical availability during designated peak hours, including 3-4 late evening shifts per week Conduct diagnostic assessments and collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams to ensure seamless treatment coordination Required qualifications 2+ years of post-licensure clinical experience in outpatient or telepsychology settings Master's or Doctoral degree in a relevant mental health field from an accredited institution Active, unrestricted clinical state license allowing for independent practice across 30 or more US states Demonstrated experience working with eating disorders and providing evidence-based treatment modalities via telehealth Ability to maintain predictable schedule availability for late evening shifts
