Multi-State Licensed Bilingual RN

To support a growing telehealth initiative, the full-time Multi-State Licensed Bilingual RN will provide clinical triage assessments, health education, and patient care remotely, ensuring high-quality interactions through various communication channels. Key responsibilities: Manage routine patient care matters by making clinical decisions independently Provide patient-focused care and guidance via phone or online, assessing needs and directing to appropriate care Document all patient interactions accurately using management software and monitor performance metrics for improvement Required qualifications: Minimum of 3 years of recent direct patient care experience as a Registered Nurse, preferably in high acuity settings Must hold a Multi-State (compact) unrestricted RN license in eligible states Bilingual in English and Spanish Minimum of an associate's degree from an accredited nursing program; a bachelor's degree is preferred Ability to work at least two weekend days every two weeks
