Multi-Site Medical Group Operations Director

The University of Vermont Health Network is seeking a Medical Group Director to drive operational performance across multiple sites within the UVM Health Medical Group. The role translates strategy into day-to-day execution and coaches leaders responsible for staffing, workflows, and clinic operations.

Accountable for patient outcomes, workflow standardization, and achieving budget and productivity targets, the Director leads efforts across sites while leveraging data to monitor performance and
