Multi-Office Experience Leader

H&R Block’s Multi-Office Leader role oversees 4–6 retail offices, ensuring a consistent, high-quality client experience across locations. You’ll set expectations for consultative service, operational execution, and business results while staying hands-on in the field.

You’ll coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, balance strategic oversight with in-office presence, travel between offices, and drive revenue and performance across the portfolio.
