Multi Modality Tech Weekend Option

Our client, a leading health system in Colorado Springs, is seeking a Multi Modality Tech Weekend Option to provide quality patient care across multiple medical imaging departments.

Responsibilities:

• Performs imaging procedures, providing safety for self, patients, and all other individuals.
• Produces quality images in a complete, accurate, and timely manner.
• Provides information and instruction to patient and/or family regarding the procedure and responds to their physical and emotional needs.
• As assigned by management, performs technologist duties of other registered modality.
• Observes patient and equipment during the procedure and reports/documents unusual occurrences and records patient's condition.
• Notifies supervisor of equipment problems and logs the service call/problem per department procedure.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma/G.E.D
• One (1) year imaging experience
• Registered Technologist, Radiology
• Any of the following: ARRT (CT), ARRT (M), R.T.(R)(VI)(ARRT), R.T.(R)(CV)(ARRT)
• BLS through American Heart Association
• Preferred: Associate Degree

Schedule:

• Full Time, Weekend Option

Compensation:

• $37.59 - $63.31/hour
