Role Overview

Responsible for operating multiple imaging modalities, including x-ray, CT, ultrasound, MRI, nuclear medicine, and mammography, to support departmental objectives and ensure quality patient care.

Responsible for operating multiple imaging modalities, including x-ray, CT, ultrasound, MRI, nuclear medicine, and mammography, to support departmental objectives and ensure quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform various imaging procedures across at least three modalities regularly.
  • Safely transport, position, and prepare patients for imaging exams.
  • Prepare contrast agents and ensure equipment safety and readiness.
  • Assist in achieving operational goals and maintaining a positive environment within the medical imaging department.
  • Perform mobile imaging and safety checks of equipment and emergency devices.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Associate's Degree in radiologic technology required; Bachelor's or Master's preferred.
  • Minimum of three years' technical experience preferred.
  • Valid radiologic technologist license, ARRT certification, and current certification in at least one advanced modality (e.g., CT, MRI, Mammography, Nuclear Medicine, Sonography).
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
  • Ability to perform multiple modalities and ensure patient safety.

Additional Requirements

  • Committed to safety protocols, including vaccinations.
  • Ability to handle patient transfers and mobile imaging procedures.
  • Flexibility to perform other duties as assigned.
