Responsible for estimating type 3 and type 5 construction wood frame multi-story buildings. Responsible for preparing accurate estimates, reviewing project plans, and supporting the bidding process for multi-family and commercial projects. Estimators must be very detailed orientated, patient, and have experience estimating manually and / or with approved software (Planswift or similar).

Key Responsibilities
- Review plans, specifications, and project scope
- Create quality / accraute material lists from approved plans
- Collect and evaluate subcontractor and supplier bids
- Assist with bid submissions and proposals
- Identify risks and cost-saving opportunities
- Coordinate with project managers and internal teams
- Maintain estimate records and ensure deadlines are met
Qualifications
- Experience in construction xhqgsiq estimating (multi-family/commercial preferred)
- Ability to read blueprints and specifications
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Proficient in estimating software (Planswift or similar) and Microsoft Office
- Good communication and time management skills
