Job Summary
We are looking for a strong MuleSoft Technical Lead / Manager to lead integration delivery with a balance of technical depth, project ownership, and excellent stakeholder communication.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end MuleSoft integration delivery, including design, development, deployment, and production support.
- Strong understanding of MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, iPaaS, CloudHub 2.0 (CH2.0), APIs, integrations, and Azure Key Vault (AKV) concepts.
- Drive technical discussions, solution/design reviews, troubleshooting, and implementation best practices.
- Own project planning, execution tracking, risks/issues, dependencies, milestones, and delivery commitments.
- Provide clear and crisp weekly status reporting, metrics, dashboards, and leadership/client updates.
- Coordinate effectively across client stakeholders, architects, developers, infrastructure, security, and offshore/onshore teams.
- Proactively identify delivery risks and drive them to closure with strong ownership and follow-through.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of integration/MuleSoft experience, with 3+ years in a Technical Lead or Manager role.
- Strong MuleSoft technical foundation with excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to translate technical issues into clear business/leadership communication.
- Hands-on, accountable, organized, and comfortable managing multiple parallel workstreams.
