To support mainframe transformation projects, the remote contract MuleSoft Architect/Developer will perform advanced solution architecting and programming on the MuleSoft ESB platform, focusing on development, customization, and integration of applications while providing technical guidance and support to team members and vendors. Key responsibilities Oversee deployment and platform architecture to align with business needs and technology strategy Perform ongoing MuleSoft service layer programming, including the development, testing, and maintenance of integration applications Act as a subject matter expert for MuleSoft development, ensuring adherence to best practices and providing technical advice on programming operations Required qualifications 5+ years of experience developing and testing Web Services, including RESTful and SOAP APIs within MuleSoft or other programming languages 4+ years of hands-on implementation experience with Anypoint platform tools such as Anypoint Studio and API Manager 3+ years of experience with DataWeave 2.0 programming and creating applications in Mule 4 in CloudHub Practical experience with MuleSoft's CloudHub and Anypoint Platform as an ESB and deployment point Current certification on the MuleSoft platform as a MuleSoft Certified Integration Architect or similar advanced certification is preferred
