Ability to find creative solutions to solve problems while staying within practice guidelines.Demonstrated experience in designing basic reporting instruments, dashboards and other solutions using BI tools (semantic layer, analytics, dashboards, report definitions).Experience with data warehouse design and application.Sound understanding of business intelligence best practices, relational data structures, dimensional data modeling, and data warehouse and reporting techniques.Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, Power Point and Access)
