Power Automate or custom API development · Worked with Microsoft, Third Party and Project teams on various support issues based on support SLAs · Microsoft C# skills to develop CRM custom extensions/Plugins · Worked in Solution deployments, ALM and CRM Solutions, Security design · Troubleshooting & solution achiever for the application development issues with team collaboration · Worked on Reports OOB, Dashboard and Power BI · Worked on Copilot within D365 and M365 and Copilot studio/Azure AI foundry and developed agents and/or chatbots using Copilot Studio · Good Communication · D365 Certification - PL 600/200 or AB 100 · Knowledge about Azure Components and AZ 900 certification is preferred.
