Required Skills:
- Proficient in developing PowerApps (canvas and model-driven)
- Strong knowledge of Power Automate for automating business processes
- Experience with JSON, REST APIs, and custom connectors
- Familiarity with data integration using SharePoint, SQL Server, or Dataverse
- Understanding of user experience (UX) design and responsive layouts
- Competency in debugging, performance optimization, and error handling
- Experience with ArcGIS Enterprise system integration and enterprise geodatabases
Required Experience:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Power Platform development
- Prior work on enterprise-level apps with multiple stakeholders
- Experience developing secure apps
- Previous exposure to police department or public safety data workflows is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional team
